GBS Group chosen as one of the top 100 companies to work for in Florida

GBS Group has been named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in the State of Florida, highlighting the ease of working from home and the economic transparency that the company offers its employees.
The annual Best Companies list appears in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. One hundred companies are classified into three categories: small, medium and large companies.

To participate, companies or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation for at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an assessment of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking.

“This year we spoke to millennial employees at the Best Companies to Work For, to get their perspectives on their workplaces and experiences,” says Executive Editor Mark Howard. “It is clear that the Best Companies know how to attract millennials and then keep them once they have been hired. "Millennials want what all employees want: a work environment that helps them be productive and the opportunity to provide input into how work gets done."

The Best Companies to Work for in Florida program was created by the Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the Florida State Council on Human Resources.
